2. Is this a full-time or part-time role?

Both options are available. Your schedule can be flexible depending on client programs and availability.

3. Do I need to be bilingual?

Bilingual (Spanish/English) agents are in high demand and may qualify for higher-paying opportunities. Non-bilingual agents are also encouraged to apply.

5. What is a 1099 independent contractor role?

All positions with Opticall Solutions LLC are 1099 independent contractor roles, not employee positions. 6. How does the assessment work?

Assessments are distributed every Wednesday. Applicants have 48 hours to complete the pass/fail assessment. Only those who successfully pass will advance to paid training.

Note: If an applicant does not pass the assessment, they must wait 30 days before retaking it. For any questions or concerns regarding the assessment, please contact us directly.
